SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Complimentary ground shipping is provided for all US domestic orders. For orders needing expedited shipping; please see rates below. International shipping is not offered at this time. Julian Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do NOT require a signature for packages. If you would like a signature requirement for your package, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@juliangold.com to update your shipping request

Standard delivery Complimentary UPS GROUND
Premium delivery $20 UPS 2 DAY
Express delivery $40 UPS NEXT DAY
Orders placed by 12:00pm CT will be shipped out no later than next business day.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details; please allow 24-48 hours for our team to process your order and to be picked up by UPS. All orders & customer inquiries are processed Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
Julian Gold fulfills online orders from our 5 brick and mortar stores located in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Midland, Austin & Lubbock. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, you may receive your order in multiple boxes.
Customer service is important to us and will do our very best to get your order out in a prompt manner. Please note shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control; which includes weather, traffic, supply chain issues, delays with carrier or delivery companies and other circumstances.
IN STORE PICKUP
You will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days to notify you that your purchase is ready for in-store pick up at the store you have selected during store hours. Please bring in your e-mail confirmation for in-store pick-up.
