RETURN POLICY

Here at Julian Gold our clients’ satisfaction is of upmost importance. If for any reason you do not love your purchase, we are happy to accept a return that complies with the following return policy. Please review carefully.

ONLINE RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving return label.

Items to be returned must be in same condition as when received: unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tickets and packaging (if applicable). Returns that do not meet the return policy may be sent back to customer.

Cosmetic and jewelry purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

Items purchased at 60% or more off original price are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

We do not offer exchanges for on-line purchases.

We do not offer in-store credit for on-line returns.

INITIATE YOUR RETURN HERE

Please include your packing slip along with return reason specified to ensure a smooth return process.

When return is received and accepted as in compliance with Julian Gold’s return policy your original payment will be refunded, minus any original shipping charges if applicable (premium and express).

Please allow 3-5 business days for a return to be processed depending on your bank or payment provider.

IN STORE RETURNS

Online sales may be returned in store within 14 days of delivery.

Please bring in packing slip along with merchandise.

GIFT CARDS

We are not able to process gift cards as a form of payment for on-line orders.

If you would like to purchase a Julian Gold gift card, please call one of our 5 locations and they will be happy to assist you over the phone.
