SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your order details.

Julian Gold fulfills online orders from our 5 brick and mortar stores located in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Midland, Austin & Lubbock.  Due to the nature of fulfillment process you may receive your orders in multiple boxes.  All orders & customer inquiries are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Once your order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for our team to process your order and when UPS or Fed Ex picks it up.

Customer service is important to us and will do our very best to get your order out in a prompt manner.  Please note shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control; which includes weather, traffic, supply chain issues, delays with carrier or delivery companies and other circumstances.

Complimentary ground shipping is provided for all US domestic orders.  Please see our shipping rates below if you would like to expedite your order for an additional fee.  International shipping is not offered at this time.  Julian Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We do NOT require a signature for packages.  If you would like a signature requirement for your package please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@juliangold.com to update your shipping request.

Standard delivery   FREE   GROUND SHIPPING

Premium delivery   $20       2 DAY SHIPPING

Express delivery    $40        NEXT DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed on a Friday requesting NEXT DAY shipping will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Orders placed on a Friday requesting 2 DAY shipping will not be delivered until the following week.

Orders placed by 12:00pm CT will be shipped out no later than next business day.
